Beck Behavior Therapy and Consultation, LLC was founded in June 2022. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the study of the functional relationship between one’s behaviors and their environment. Data is collected on the stimuli that appears to affect the behavior. This data is used to develop a behavior intervention plan individualized to the child’s needs. Further data will be collected throughout the treatment implementation to ensure that current protocols are working and serving the best interest of the child. The goal is to teach children more functional ways to achieve the function of their behavior instead of the maladaptive behavior. ABA based intervention is validated for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) but is also applicable to any person. ABA can help to teach attending skills, imitative skills, conversational/social skills, functional play, and language.

After years of serving families and schools across the Wiregrass area, Kelli Beck opened her own ABA clinic in June 2022 with a clear mission: to provide ethical, compassionate, and practical behavior-analytic services that meaningfully improve quality of life for children and their families.
Before entering the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, Kelli spent eight years as an educator, working in both general and special education classrooms from Kindergarten through eighth grade. Her experience spans traditional brick-and-mortar schools as well as virtual learning environments, giving her a deep understanding of how learning and behavior intersect across settings.
Kelli became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2020 and transitioned to working in the ABA field full time. She is a strong advocate for the ethical and effective use of ABA within school settings, emphasizing collaboration with educators and families to ensure interventions are practical, respectful, and sustainable.
Kelli believes that ABA should be individualized, collaborative, and rooted in dignity, with a focus on building meaningful skills that promote independence and success across home, school, and community environments. Her clinical approach prioritizes evidence-based practice while honoring each individual’s strengths, needs, and lived experiences.
In October 2023, Kelli joined the Department of Psychology at Troy University as an Adjunct Faculty member, where she teaches graduate-level courses in the university’s ABA program and supports the development of future behavior analysts.
Committed to continued growth and leadership in behavioral health, Kelli is currently pursuing her Doctor of Behavioral Health at The Cummings Graduate Institute for Behavioral Health Studies.
Outside of her professional work, Kelli enjoys reading and spending time with her family.

Kaylie Register is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Beck Behavior Therapy and has been a valued member of the Beck family since September 2022. Her journey with the clinic began as a Registered Behavior Technician, where she grew into the role of student analyst and now proudly serves as a BCBA.

What motivates her most, however, is the opportunity to work with children and their families each day. She is passionate about helping children develop meaningful skills that promote independence, confidence, and success in their everyday lives. Kaylie believes that every child has the potential to learn, grow, and make a positive difference in the world.
She values strong partnerships with caregivers and believes the greatest progress happens when families and providers work together as a team. Kaylie’s goal is not only to support each child’s development but also to equip families with practical tools and strategies they can use at home and in the community.

Carly Peters is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) with nearly a decade of hands-on experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. She began her journey as an RBT in 2018 and officially earned her BCaBA credential in April 2025. A proud graduate of Troy University with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in ABA, Carly brings a strong theoretical foundation backed by years of practical implementation.
Her clinical focus lies in working with school age children, adolescents and nonvocal learners, with a passion for increasing functional communication using evidence-based interventions rooted in the principles of verbal behavior. Carly takes a data-driven approach to skill acquisition and behavior reduction, always seeking to identify the function behind behavior rather than just managing the topography. (Yes, she’s the type who gets a little giddy over well-plotted behavior graphs.) She excels in naturalistic teaching environments, incorporating child-led and play-based strategies to increase motivation and generalization of skills. Her sessions are built on pairing, reinforcement, and individualized programming that promotes autonomy and dignity. She is equally passionate about empowering caregivers through parent training, helping families become confident implementers of behavior-change strategies at home and in the community.
Outside of the clinical world, Carly is a wife and proud mom of three (including two inherited through marriage), and she knows a thing or two about shaping behavior in and outside of session. When she’s not analyzing antecedents or collecting probe data, she’s out on a long run, curled up with a historical fiction novel and a hot cup of coffee, or planning her next mountain escape. If you're ever looking for her, start with wherever her Kindle and husband are—and listen for talk of their next concert or adventure.
